Ohio Southeast Council
The AT&T Pioneers of Ohio Southeast Council volunteered for the annual Special Olympics Swim Meet held at Ohio State University in early December. This has been a project the Columbus Pioneers have been contributing to for quite some many years. Last Dec 3rd, they did it again. They assembled sack lunches for the athletes, consisting of a sandwich, chips, apple, and a juice box, in near record time. Almost 900 lunches (897) were assembled by the team in less than 90 mins. It’s always fun and frenzied time with a lot of laughs, fellowship, and the warmth of the season. A big thank-you to all who came out on Saturday to make sure the Olympians ate a good lunch!
